It is a 100% cotton thread specifically designed for sewing cotton garments that are to be post dyed. For untreated 100% cotton fabrics, the soft cotton thread is produced from high quality, long staple cotton and is the ideal choice for sewing untreated 100% cotton garments that are to be post dyed.

For mercerized 100% cotton fabrics, the mercerized cotton thread is produced from high quality, long staple cotton specially treated under tension to provide greater luster and higher strength. The mercerizing process also gives the thread a high affinity to the dyestuffs used in post dyeing, making it an ideal choice for sewing mercerized 100% cotton garments

Main Uses:
Post dyed light to medium apparel
.

Workflow:Loading: Installation of empty spools to winding spools; placing the original spools in the unwind bracket.
Threading: Manual or automatic threading of the wire through the guide wheel and tension system.
Parameter Setting: Setting parameters such as bobbin specification, winding length, tension, etc. through touch screen.
Start winding: the equipment automatically winds at high speed and synchronizes the line to form a uniform line layer.
Monitoring and adjustment: real-time detection of tension, wire speed, abnormal stop alarm.
Unloading: automatically cut off the wire head and unload the finished bobbin; ready for the next cycle.
