Winding Machine

It is a lubricated polyester thread made from pre-stabilized high tenacity continuous filament polyester. It is an excellent sewing thread for all types of leather and offers good abrasion resistance. The soft finish with superior low friction lubrication reduces the effects of needle heat and abrasion. Its higher breaking strength and optimum stretch characteristics produces attractive, fine seams on leather footwear and leather goods.

Main Uses:
Filtration, Air-bags, Seat belts, Automotive interiors, Suitcases, Leather footwear, Outdoor goods and sports equipment, Lift slings, Leather goods, Multineedle quilting, Mattresses.

Workflow:Loading: Installation of empty spools to winding spools; placing the original spools in the unwind bracket.
Threading: Manual or automatic threading of the wire through the guide wheel and tension system.
Parameter Setting: Setting parameters such as bobbin specification, winding length, tension, etc. through touch screen.
Start winding: the equipment automatically winds at high speed and synchronizes the line to form a uniform line layer.
Monitoring and adjustment: real-time detection of tension, wire speed, abnormal stop alarm.
Unloading: automatically cut off the wire head and unload the finished bobbin; ready for the next cycle.
